「Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. 「We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff. The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back. 」

「The hotel is in a great location. I came down for the great north run and it had great options for food in the immediate vicinity. Where i parked was only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is lovely. Lobby area is beautiful and i found the rooms comfortable and not too hot.
