"This was the worst hotel experience in my entire life. First off, there was dirty clothing in the room on the floor, upon entry, from the prior guests. Secondly, the tv was not functional, and to make matters worse, right outside my room, 310, there was a flashing flood light, that was lighting up my room even with the blinds closed, it was a nightmare situation, then when i complained about my room, the front desk clerk did agreed to set me up with a different room if I came down to the desk...
