「We had a fun stay at the Drury! Our room had an awesome view of the arch and the river. The staff was helpful and generous with advice. Breakfast was good and the dining area is huge. The only thing about staying downtown is it’s very, very quiet, not many amenities and within a few blocks you’ll see gorgeous abandoned buildings like Louis Sullivan’s beautiful Wainwright building. 」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」
