“Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.”

“The hotel is located in front of the sea, the view is good, it is 10 mins drive to Helensburg downtown.”

“Good”

“I want to start my review by saying the staff were mostly helpful and kind. I did also receive a full refund for my stay. However it should not have come to this. The overall cleanliness of the room”

“Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great.”

“特別舒服，特色的黑膠碟唱盤，員工友善，值得再住。”

“No restaurant closed got a voucher for seamill hydro should be telling you this when you book hotel”

“Staff were great food was really good”

“We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend.”

“Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff.”

“Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned.”
