「The hotel is well situated and offers a convenient base for the local area. I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. When we raised this with staff, we were informed that similar reports had been made...

「Rooms very tiny, (serenity) no hot water, shower unusable as freezing cold, could be a lot better if better maintained, breakfast ok, views amazing, cats everywhere」

「To tall for the shower I am only 6ft.room was on the small side.miss leading on meals as they was no where at the hotel for meals as the pictures on the advertisement showed .you have to go off site for breakfast.Does not mention this on the advertisement.as I’m disabled it was very difficult to open the door into the room as it was catching on the floor.there was no wardrobe to hang any clothes.」

「Very welcoming host, the room had an amazing veiw. Very clean, good variety of tea, coffee and a hot chocolate. The bottle of water in the fridge was a godsend when I got back after a long day. Breakfast was very tasty, full english with a glass of fruit juice and a pot of tea( or coffee). It was so helpful being able to drop my bag off before check in... Which when I arrived I was able to check in early. Also I could leave my bag there when I checked out, meaning I didn't have to lug it around...
