“Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing.……

“I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. “We spent most of our time at the poolside Margarita bar. Delroy, Rodgeroy, and Samanda were incredible bartenders! This pool was quiet and chill, and we met a lot of great people! We did not spend any time at the other pool, where all the activities were going on, so I can't say anything about all that. Honestly, we weren't *as* impressed with the buffet staff - some were ok, but quite a few just weren't happy or friendly, ever. Food at the buffet was good, with a good variety. The jerk chicken……

“Very nice, safe, clean property. Excellent food at all times.....the best feature of our visit. Staff was hit and miss, the front desk ladies were exceptional, bar tender the worst ever with little appreciation for the paying guests. The hotel concierges were most helpful and professional... great representatives of the hotel. Much of the staff seemed bored with their jobs. The beach staff were always accommodating for the guests. Will likely not be back. ”
