“The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy”

“I hate writing negative reviews, but after more than a month of trying to resolve this privately, I feel other guests should know what happened. My friends and I booked our annual Mother's Day getaway on April 5, 2026 after previously having a wonderful stay at Chateau Merrimack. One of the main reasons we returned was the pool. Before our trip, we discovered through OpenTable that the restaurant was permanently closed, despite the hotel website still showing it as open. We adjusted our plans……
