“The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really……

“The room was amazing and thoroughly cleaned everyday! The staff were so nice and attentive. The food was great for all inclusive. The main pool could have used more thorough cleaning and testing. The upstairs pool was wonderful and th me views up there were fantastic! The beach was lovely but be prepared for the cruise ship sailers as they occupy a large portion of the beach. Be prepared to make reservations for dinner, wearing a wristband and the towel service at the pool and beach to be very……
