「You pay almost $400 for a room.. can’t even get free breakfast. No hot tub.」

「The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.」

「While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

「The air conditioning was not working sufficiently enough to make it comfortable to sleep. The maintenance staff were very accommodating and tried to fix the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. That being said, we were treated wonderfully and the location was outstanding. I will stay there again when the summer heat fades.」

「This property was a 8 to 10 minute uber ride to the convention center. We had plenty of restaurants around us and a grocery store a few blocks from us called Needlers. Check in was smooth and the hosts are very accommodating. I read that nights can be a bit noisy which was true but the host did provide ear plugs to try and help with that. I would like to have had a few more places to hang towels since we had to use them more than once. Water was hot, air conditioning was cold and the apartment...
