“Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day.
Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok .
Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back.”

“There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.”

“This resort is very convenience for visiting Marrakech even it is a little far from the tourist picking zone, we had a very five days stay at this resort. Every are smooth during out stay. Will comeback”

“1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.”

“Everything was lovely, very clean and staff were helpful. I would say its a very good 3 star, for the price we paid we were very happy. Just a note that the entertainment only only runs in the peak summer months.”
