「Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.」

「Last minute booking for a week in the sun, the hotel was lovely very clean and well looked after. The all inclusive option was ok but not the best I have had. The drinks options were limited and the outside bar was not managed as well as it could have been, everyone had to queue and not enough staff available. The bar staff I didn't find friendly at all they were very rude at times. The staff inside the restaurant were great very helpful. The food was good as it was all local dishes which was...

「Very clean and you see staff tidying up after the guests.」

「Disappointing Stay at Hôtel The Bird – Marrakech Unfortunately, our four-day stay at Hôtel The Bird was far below expectations. First, there was virtually no water in the bathroom, just a tiny trickle from the tap and shower. We reported this, but nothing was done. We were given excuses, first suggesting the gardener had used too much water, and later explaining that construction work involving a septic tank was taking place outside. As paying guests, we should not have to deal with these...

「Palais Zaitunay is AMAZING..... From the door we could feel this good vibe ! A large squared golden door made us entering such in a beautiful modern house, far away from the classical maroccan hotels visited the past few years in Marrakech ! Not far away from a "Case Study" by Richard Neutra, we have been welcomed with smiles and kindness. All the team is helpful, great and make us spending a really nice stay. The room is beautiful, large and offering a cool view on the amazing swimming pool. A...
