“the check-in staff were horrible”

“Booking a Hyatt Regency, I assumed that I would have the same room amenities as any other full service property. This was not the case at this hotel. At check in, the front desk clerk said that they had 24 hour staff to assist me. I noticed at 10pm that there wasn’t a coffee maker or tea device in the room. When I called the front desk they offered to bring a kettle and tea, but a kettle with no tea was delivered. I tried calling the front desk and received a voicemail twice. I requested they……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
