「After spending over $5K and treated the way we did, when we left the resort we had a great experience with locals who showed respect unlike the staff. The staff at the resort were rude and unhappy. No one smiled. And they were unhappy unless being tipped. Food was cold or just barely acceptable. Our room filled with smoke because there was a fire on the property or nearby. No smoke detectors went off and no one called to ask us to evacuate. We heard staff arguing as we were trying to relax...

「We recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable throughout the stay. Staff were friendly and the resort itself was kept in good condition.
The main downside for us was the food. There were decent options, but after a few days it felt pretty repetitive and we were hoping for a bit more variety.

「The staff are very friendly but the resort is no where near a five star. The food was terrible, low quality, processed and poorly made. The room was tired and old. We did find out they are closing in June for major renovations so that’s a good thing. The positives were the pool area, the private beach and the Jamaican smiles from all the staff. The entertainment was a hit, three really good shows and a fabulous female singer in the lobby area. I don’t think we would go back. I wish them...
