“綺麗で広い部屋。キッチンとリビングが別にあり、今回は一人での滞在でしたが、家族での滞在にも十分な広さ。バスタブが付いていたのも個人的には高評価なポイント。朝食付きの点も非常に良かった。”

“Very nice accommodations; clean, quiet, safe and very private. Looks as nice as the pics online. Vince the owner is very accommodating! We would absolutely stay there again. We liked the location too. Very close to the 51 and central PHX.”

“Room was amazing. It felt clean. Only complaint is, the curtain in the living room has large gaps and you can see in the room when in the hallway. Would like more privacy. ”

“It was excellent. Very quiet. Nice area. Only issue was on the app it says it’s at 9 W Turney. It is actually at 20st and Turney. And the internet was never available. I wanted to extend but they were totally booked up.”

“Good place to stay , nice and clean. The only thing is that when I search for the hotel said breakfast included , and there’s only coffee and granola bar or muffin plus you have to ask at the front desk for the muffin . There’s no breakfast included haha . ”

“Nice little place. Has everything you need! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet! Very clean! Always #1 when i stay somewhere. Bed was very comfy!! Great communication with host!! Available with any questions but check-in and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if they have me!”

“Nice lively vibe but small for big events, there conventions consume the whole small property. The place is new, so the furnishings are new but they are not of the quality that will wear well - the food was exceptional both in the Resteraunt and room service, neither cheap and room service tacks on a 20% service charge and expects you tip on top of it - a 40% tip on expensive food? ridiculous! The Staff is over the top nice, super friendly, you can see they are making a point of it and they were……

“Hotel is great! Staff were amazing and breakfast had a lot of options. The only concern was parking…gym members were using hotel parking spots forcing us to park on the top level of the garage. Overall good hotel. ”

“The service was fantastic and they were so nice and helpful. One of the best services experience i have had at any hotel. It was also very accommodating if your traveling with a pet . ”

“Let’s just say this Hotel was a vibe it was amazing, literally there’s 0 things to complain about from staff to amenities provided in the room and the bathrooms included it’s just wow. Also you’ll have the best sleep of your life. Also the speaker in the room literally what else can you ask for? I highly recommend this hotel if I’m ever back in phoenix I know where I’ll be staying and don’t forget the free popsicles they’re amazing.”
