「Friendly staff but overall loud and not very clean. Kids playing in the pool at 1:30 in the morning unsupervised, road noise, and guests yelling. A few bugs in the bed. Did not see any breakfast. No coffee in room. Left a day early. 」

「We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Was a great and relaxing stay. The room was clean and taken care of daily. The pool areas and restaurant was well kept and the staff was amazing. Maria, the manager of the restaurant went above and beyond in resolving a small issue we had which made our stay even better!」
