“很好的住宿體驗, 很幸運的住到南樓四樓的房間, 房間算是大, 也還有獨立的沙發跟小圓桌, 飯店內很多的餐廳, 小賣鋪, 浴場, 也是葡萄酒友善的飯店, 開瓶費也便宜, 本身就自代雪場, 方便SKI in/out, 坐小火車到Westin也很方便, 還有很多設施並未使用到(泳池, 健身中心, 按摩中心等), 交通到機場貨是札幌也方便, 每天固定時間的大巴接送....”

“Close to the restaurants in Hirafu. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.”

“The Australia House is basically a Bed & Breakfast that provides reasonably priced lodging while staying in Grand Harifu. Rooms are modest, staff is great and having a breakfast provided before heading out skiing was awesome. ”

“隅々まで掃除されており、清潔感がありました。比較的閑散期に利用したこともあるのかもしれませんが、周りもあまり気にならず、とても快適に過ごすことができました。立地もよいと思います。外国人の利用者が多いのだと推察しますが、日本人も家族で快適に過ごせるようにも配慮されていると感じました。また機会があったらぜひ利用させてもらいたいです。（旅先でも夜ゲームをしたがる子供たちにとっては、WiFiの速度が遅めなのが少々不満だったようです。）”
