「各方面都好，尤其喜欢他的温泉！唯一不理想的是餐厅的饭做的不太好次，第一个晚上点了鱼和扇贝还可以，第二个晚上点了肋眼牛肉和扇贝，牛肉就是一块肉，但是肉还是很好吃的，只是没有一点菜，配的土豆泥里面全是奶酪，像牛皮糖一样拉不起来，扇贝味道还好但是牙碜，有沙子。第三晚逃去温泉那边吃自助，40刀一位，凑合。总之比我后来去的酒店饭差。但温泉绝对值得来！」

「酒店环境超好，唯一不足的是所属酒店的出租车太贵，比较别的酒店的司机来接的都贵。去镇上要12刀，我叫baild的酒店来接都只要10刀」

「This mine and my husbands first time traveling to Costa Rica and Paradise Hot Springs was hands down the best place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and the room! The view is absolutely spectacular! Will definitely be staying there again!」

「Hotel is in a great location the grounds are beautiful the room and bed were comfortable with the exception of the in room jacuzzi which we could not use do to the drain not working and the sliding doors to the balcony were cloudy which took away from the view than that nice place.」

「We stayed three nights there and felt absolutely safe and comfortable. This place has a luxurious feel. We loved every aspect of it: the service was great, the breakfast delicious, the pools were amazing, and the farm was a very special place. I didn't have a chance to use the spa, but it looked very appealing. The big advantage that the resort doesn't sell day passes. It was not crowded at all during our 3 night stay in a beginning of May. Safe travels!」

「非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。」

「Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....

「This is a beautiful property. Everything is very clean and the gardens are pristine. There are several outdoor seating areas around the property to enjoy. Breakfast each morning was incredible and you won't find a staff more helpful and welcoming. We loved all of their dining suggestions. We hope to visit again soon.」

「This was a great base to explore the Arenal area, close to the hot springs and waterfall, and several great dining options nearby. The units are basic but clean and well kept.」

「This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. 」
