Akishima Romantic Hotel

" Great hotel. Surrounding area outside is questionable at night."

"This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "

I had a front desk person who incorrectly explained baggage transfer to me and as a result I had to take a $175 taxi to the airport because I was told I could do my online transfer the day before. Turns out it needs to be TWO days before if you board before 4 pm."

"The best internet connection in a Japanese hotel so far for us. Convenient location. Airport limousine bus stops here. Great staff and good breakfast. Rooms are a little on the small side. 👍 "
