“The condo was the perfect location for a wedding we were attending that weekend. It was super quiet and the check in process was sooooo easy! We almost felt like we were in our own home it was so comfortable and cozy! The owner left a little snack basket too. Such a warm touch. It was obvious they are nice people. We would definitely stay again!”

“Very nice spot, a bit noisy on bar nights and with the train tracks next door. Was not an issue for us. The second bed in the common area is a pull down Murphy bed, which was very comfortable and much better than a typical sofa bed. I slept well!”

“David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres. Everything is……

“The condo accommodations were perfect and very clean. Long way down to the lake w steps but very manageable. The location is perfect. We have stayed at Waterside previously and very comfortable with both units, accommodations and planning process. My only suggestion and just a suggestion they need better pillows for the beds. Other than that it suited all our needs and would definitely return. Ty Thomas for allowing us this special opportunity!”

“Brandon was extremely helpful and we absolutely loved everything about the condo including convenience of location, beautiful views, clean throughout and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake!”

“Fantastic Iocation, you’ll struggle finding a better price in the Old City. Great parking right next to the property. Super clean. Would have liked more descriptions on where to find the front pin pad and how to find the condo, but was not hard to figure out at all.”

“Beyond Excellent, we stay in downtown Knoxville every year and this condo was awesome. The location is perfect, easy access to Market Square and all the best restaurants and theaters. The condo itself was a touch of class, better then the pictures show. The elevator was great and made getting in and out a breeze. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. If you are looking for a classy place that doesn't break the bank this is the place. Also the host was great, she made the stay easy and……

“We loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It overlooks the lake and Stardust marina. At night, the marina looks like a fairyland through the trees. The pool is great and my family loved the hot tub!It was very secluded and quiet, even with the marina right below. We had a wonderful time!”
