“Our stay was great! The location was excellent. We loved being just minutes from downtown Raleigh. The surrounding neighborhood itself was quiet and even had a few neighborhood cats roaming around.We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, and we appreciated the multitude of appliances! There was even a blender. However, the stove in the kitchen was abysmal. Even after reading the manual and the host coming down to help us, we could barely get a simmer going.As for the entirety of the place, it……

“Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. “Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. They provided a key which was an excellent solution. Overall good experience and……

“Not sure about the shopping part, we were the for a baseball game. The property was clean inside and out. The communication with the hosts could not have been better. It was everything we expected and more. We will stay there again. I give it 5 stars in every category!”

“The host is easy to contact and quick to respond. The bed is very comfortable and everything works. good location to access things in RTP. I didn't like the card key access, but that's what type of building it is and there is someone at the front desk 24x7 to help with card issues.”

She knew we were having a problem with VRBO messing up our reservation, with short time for us to find a new location, and she went above and beyond to help us find our place. She was fantastic!”

“This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown……
