Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11. 「Was a pretty nice hotel overall went to NYC as a joke for one night and the hotel checkin was pretty easy checked in around 2am」

「Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. I also didn’t find there were very many amenities in the building if any that we were made aware of. Definitely don’t think this hotel is family friendly if that’s what you’re looking for. 「I was very content with my room. The facilities had everything I needed and I was very pleased with the house keeping staff. They would even organize my shoes. I really appreciated that. The staff are also very nice and accommodating. I requested for some coffee and half and half, they hooked me up big time. 」

「Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」

「Initially we had booked a King room. This was not very good and I would not recommend it as it was too small. We upgraded to a loft room (at a cost US$200/night) which was an excellent room and we were very pleased with spending the extra money.
