“The owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com I did not agreed with this and did not pay.”

“We had amazing vacation thanks to our butler Juan. He made sure to make reservations for dinners, helped us with excursions, reached out every day to let us know what specials they have on each day and even the weather updates. It was truly game changer for us, having a worry free vacation. We stayed at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro, highly recommended. And if you like coconut water, just ask one of the garden guys (green uniforms) they get you the fresh one of the tree. And you will find best……
