「Room was great, entire staff was fantastic, clean room, clean pool, clean restaurants, clean resort! Food was great but breakfast choices were limited. Room safe didn't work. Manchebo beach and Pega Pega is the ultimate caribbean spot.」

「I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!」
