「The inside of the room was clean. Some areas of inside room were updated. But the beds were a horrible makeshift combo I've never seen before. And moving on them at all made a weird sound like worping sheet metal. The outside is dilapidated. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. It was graduation season and all we could find.」

「The hotel was marketed as” Hotel Blu” but it’s really motel 6!!! Also it is a 1/2 star place, uncomfortable bed, poor shower and some black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom.」

「looks a bit outdated on the outside but the rooms are so modern on the inside.! the front desk staff is exceptionally nice, the check in was quick, the room was clean, the air conditioning was brand new, tv worked and was able to connect my xbox as well. my kids also enjoyed the stay as well with no complaints.! 10/10 recommend for the fulton, kingdom city, mexico area.!」

「The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly. 「I booked the rooms because it said the pools were open online, but they were not. They said they would open in a week or so. I was disappointed that the information online was not accurate. I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. The soap machine ate my coins and did not dispense anything, and the front desk did not reimburse me. I had to walk to a gas station for more change to wash, as the front desk does not...

「The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.」
