「We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.」

「Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.」

「Super good location, brand new apartment. Highly recommended. Perfect for our family of 4. Brand new, premium home.
The only thing to highlight is, the rooftop is only available for penthouse and the rooftop views too, and not if you book any other apartment. It wasn't clear to me from description.

「Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Flure, Fahrstuhl und Lounge insgesamt sehr bedrückend. Das Hotel hat auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Luft ist ingesamt auch sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren ist es sehr hellhörig.」

「Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.」

「Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. Public space and patio in the lobby were great! It would be nice to have some soundproof working booths for privacy so you could take important phone calls.
