“Staff and room were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed. There's some design flaws, for example you can't fill the kettle up at the sink without the water coming out as you try to extract it. Nothing major though. It's not that pet friendly. It would have been nice to have a drink in the bar but that would have meant leaving the dog in the car so we went somewhere else for a drink.”

“Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!”

“My room looked like they had just changed the bedding and even that had black hairs on it (im fair haired). Hairs in the bath , toothpaste all up the bathroom mirror and on the floor like it had dripped out of someones mouth and dried. Should have read the reviews . Wont make that mistake again.”

“Overall a lovely stay. Our room was large, clean & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front garden area. Good to have a fridge in the hot weather. We also appreciated the USB ports & other amenities. Comfortable armchairs & a comfotable bed, although the bedding was a little excessive for the hot weather - easy to remove the top layer though. The lovely bathroom was also a good size with a seperate bath & shower. Our only frustration was the early morning traffic noise - we had to open……

“The suites are beautifully decorated and very spacious. It’s such a relaxing environment for properly unwinding. However the pillows aren’t very comfortable. My only other issues were with the cleanliness of the room. Hairs were found on the desk. Drink marks in 2 areas from previous occupants, dust under the coffee table. Also the tumblers in the bathroom need to be thrown away as they were not fit for further use. There was some noise coming from a few loud guests up to 10.30-11pm who were……
