"Room looked clean and I was excited to get a shower and a good night sleep. However, when I went into the bathroom at closer look there was hair in all the corners, the shower, the toilet, pretty lazy cleaning. Half used toilet paper roll left to be used which of course you don’t want to be using some other person butt wiping hands on your TP, the tissue box had like two tissues left in it, the body wash and conditioner bottles had about two presses left in the bottle so I had to use the shampoo. No exhaust fan or was broken After shower, I couldn’t adjust the thermostat which I believe was just broken and wouldn’t work at all. So I called down and the front desk woman was pleasant, nice, and set up a change of rooms. I was planning on switching rooms but I hadn’t gotten rest for days and accidentally fell asleep and was out until morning. And horribly I woke up to the room being infested with bugs. I’m pretty sure it was only fleas and little flying things but hoping to God no bed bugs. I am unfortunately am very allergic to flea bites and going into beginnings of anaphylaxis. It’s absolutely awful, it makes me feel frozen and like it’s impossible to do anything and swells my body and messes my breathing up. It’s not very dangerous unless I get bit for days on end. It’s hell for me and I’m praying to god I don’t transfer any to my car and home. Overall I’m way worse off than I was before the stay. Front desk people next morning didn’t act surprised and were no help"

"Everything in the room worked properly. The room was clean and had enough of everything needed for two people. If you are not driving a car service is needed to get around. There is a large mall 10 minutes away with several restaurants and other activities. Downtown is 20 minutes with museums and other attractions."

"Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family. "

"The pool was freezing cold because the heater was not working. The sign that told it was not working looked very old. The walls by the hot tub, lounge chairs, etc were covered in black mold. The pancake machine was also broken. The sink in our room was cracked and there was mold in the shower. All the drawers and cabinets in the room were open when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways was ripped almost everywhere you looked. The hotel needs a lot of updates. We usually always choose a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was not good. The only worker we saw upon arrival was standing outside by a car in the parking lot, smoking. "
