「The location of the apartment was ideal perfect for travelling in an out of the city. The apartment was furnished nicely and was practical. The apartment it self was not very clean there were cob webs on the ceiling, dust on the utensils, mould in the coffee machine and the jug didn't look like it had been washed. 「Check in was easy and we were able to park on the street below. The view was lovely and relaxing. A pub, bakery, takeouts and 4 square were close by and we could walk into the city and get a ride share back home. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and Kate out host friendly.」

「This house is an unsuspecting surprise from the outisde. On the inside, the house was lovely with all of us including the kids commenting on how nice the details of the walls and the paintings were. Plenty of beds and a lovely bath. We couldn't figure out how to get the heat of the electric fireplace up but we made do with blankets and had a nice family movie on the couch provided. The chocolates were a nice welcome treat and labels on everything made it easy to figure out where things we needed...

"The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff."
