“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“This is our favourite place to stay in Stratford. Has all the basic amenities, and everything is well maintained. The owners are friendly and courteous. It’s within walking distance of theatres annd the town and although the walk is about 20-30 mins, it is great to walk on a beautiful day.”

“Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away. It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away.”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price.”

“The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay.”

“Cute little old fashioned room. Super clean. Tiny little bathroom but no issues with it. Patio out front was nice spot to have our glass of wine before dinner. Beds were perfect. Fireplace can probably have the pilot light turned off now to reduce the heat load on the room. Continental Breakfast looked delicious. Bagels and yogurt. Beverages and water in room was appreciated. Little boutique hotels are a favourite. Check in Staff was super helpful getting us settled.”

“Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.”

“Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Be sure to book parking well in advance. As so often in beautiful small towns, parking is at a premium - not a lot of overnight spaces anywhere.”
