「The telephone to call reception does not work, the tv channels available are the most basic, not even showing the local channels…..we paid for two nights and left after the first night. Did not even bother to ask for a refund.」

「We enjoyed our stay here. We did the all-inclusive package which I would recommend. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff and location were amazing. The front desk manager Lydd is the best. She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar....

The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...
