“Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced”

“We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock.”

“It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.”

“It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen……

“The property was clean and great value.”

“All was very clean what we like the most was it was pet friendly”

“Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars……

“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small……

“Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again.”

“Our group of 6 had an outstanding experience at this house! Vivian was a great host - she was prompt and friendly to communicate with! We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. We highly recommend the house for its location, cleanliness and comfortability and would certainly stay here again!”

“Convenient location to Disney. Quiet area. Friendly host. ”

“The property is exactly like you see in photos. It was clean and well organized. Easy to find from the freeway. Well located for disneyland and the beaches.”
