“Had an Incredible long weekend at Mates Leather Weekend! Crew's Quarters Checked all of my boxes for sure!!!!! - All Men - Clean - Super gay MAN friendly - Gang shared showers/baths "Just like a 'Bath House' only 1 million times better! I've been to many. Nothing even comes close, then pair it with Ptown and POP!!!!!!!! I'm an interior designer myself for about 30 years and was absouletly taken in with the design. Spoke to the owner - Stuart. Complimented him on the design. He nailed it……

“Very eclectic property with beautiful and unique furnishings. The concept of a guest house with full kitchen access, great inground pool, relaxing patio and garden seating and convenient both to Wellfleet to Brewster make this our new destination on the Cape”

“The whole property was excellent . Our room was very spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was fantastic- shower was especially roomy. The common area for breakfast or just quiet relaxation was very impressive. Huge wingback chairs, rockers , tables and a grand fireplace created a peaceful space to just relax. I can’t stress enough how absolutely spotless the property is. The staff is very cheerful, and eager to share their knowledge of the Cape. We will definitely stay at Winstead on our next……

“The property was fantastic , exactly as described. Very clean, reasonably priced and had everything we needed. The shower is small, which we knew from a previous review, but completely doable. My only suggestion/change is that the owner provide king sized pillows with the king sized bed. We did find extra standard pillows in a closet and used those as extras which was satisfactory.”

“Very bright property, making our stay all the more cheerful. A magical yard and a great location to explore the Cape. Loved it!”

“Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!”

“Excellent accommodations!!! Even better location. Views are beautiful on the water. Perfect spot with coffee shops, eateries and lovely shops right at the doorstep. Super clean and convenient. Parking was a plus. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!”

“Lovely updated property in a residential area, so secluded and quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was responsive to questions and needs. Be aware…no TV, but that’s a plus in my book.😊”

“The property was wonderful, high ratings we had seen previously were very justified, particularly for the price. Perfect for large groups with several great gathering spaces. Huge kitchen with two different seating areas, large living room with a massive wrap around couch, very cute outdoor living room area, and fantastic fire pit with seating for eight. Everything you would need was provided, beach towels, snacks, pots, pans, etc. , great location as well. We had four couples, all old friends,……

“Staff were very attentive and quick to respond to any needs or requests we had! The room was lovely with a beautiful porch. The location is perfect right next to Joe’s coffee and most nightlife and shopping destinations. A highlight was the daily breakfast that the friendly staff would prepare and bring to the room every morning!”
