「Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. 「Adorable cottage, perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautiful view of the ocean right from bed! Full kitchen and bathroom with pretty much everything you need. Short drive to lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

The only misunderstanding was that we would receive a text if we could get in before 4:00 and I never got that text. I got an email instead and never noticed that until after 4:00. 「Apartment was perfect for the two of us. 」

「It was very cool to stay over the water and to be able to walk down and sit out on the deck and the floating deck. The property is located on a very busy road and it is very easy to drive by the property. The parking is tight. Otherwise lovely stay. 」

「This home is situated on a quiet street, but within a half-mile walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and puffin cruise piers. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with several nice extras. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed sitting outside by the cove.」

「This is our second stay at Shimmering River Retreat. Property is private with a pool and large dock. Jessica quickly responds to any questions. Well equipped home, with the bonus of additional common and sleeping space in the other building. Definitely would recommend for a large group!」

"The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to go to the university and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only regret was that the room was booked the day before, and the price was doubled compared to booking in advance. It is recommended that you book the room in advance, the price is really different."
