“Absolutely great place, perfect location, close to the action and beach, the owner was responsive and easy to work with. Been three years in a row. Looking forward to going back. ”

“Thank you very much for a wonderful stay so close to OOB. Everything we needed. Fabulous!”

“Great stay! Very comfortable house and walking distance to everything.”

“Check in was a breeze! The directions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to find. Extremely clean, and everything I needed for my stay was provided! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach!I’ve stayed in comparable places for much more affordable rates. At over 700 a night with fees, I would expect something much nicer. The tub and bathroom sink are very old. Not all of the windows have coverings so I was flashing neighbors……

“Everything was great! Love the beach view, the location was great, and the condo was beautiful! We had some issues with parking on a busy Saturday night, but Wendy went above and beyond to get it taken care of! In fact everything we needed, Wendy made happen! Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!”

“Great location, short walk to the beach”

“We booked a trip 4th of July weekend for 4 couples. 1st payment was due at booking 2nd not due until 6/3. I was charged the 2nd payment w out my knowledge at the end of April. The listing is very unclear as to how many pillows, linens towels, etc. it was posted as enough for 4 people but in a 4 bedroom house that didn’t make sense. I was never given the check-in information I had to ask for it the morning of. When……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,……

“This was the perfect location on Old Orchard Beach. The owner was excellent with communication. The unit itself was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Spectacular views of ocean from living area and master bedroom. The restaurant downstairs has great live entertainment and delicious food. We definitely will be back!”
