" usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel truly stole my heart. As a big fan of high-end hotels, I’ve experienced many, but this one stands out in a special way. The views from the balcony are straight out of a fairytale. What makes it even more special is its perfect location—just slightly off the main road, offering peace and quiet, yet only a short, scenic walk to the bustling shopping and tourist street. The service was outstanding, with genuine attention to detail in every interaction. You can tell the hotel was created with love—it’s visible in every corner, from the thoughtful decor to the spotless cleanliness. And the restaurants? Absolutely excellent. Every meal was a delight."

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, service, room and view, view, VIEW! We would 1000% stay here again. Varena at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the gentleman at the hotel restaurant in the mornings was so kind and hospitable. We don’t leave reviews often but this was an A+ stay for us. "

"Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay there again. "

"Excellent view of the Eiger mountain! It could be steep to get to the hotel but it’s worth the effort if you want to see a breathtaking view of the Eiger, with the option of a room with the view. "

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The view is unbelievable. Rooms are clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. Loved all the little details like fresh water daily, incredible breakfast with a view, and an included spa experience you can’t miss. (Saunas, steam room, experience shower, relaxation room… magical!) We didn’t want to leave the hotel it was so amazing! "
