“First of all, the honest staff. Four days later ,I realized I forgot a personal item. I called, Maria and her staff had no problem locate it and calling me back. Just as important, the place was quiet and clean. The front desk clerk was busy, manage to multitask and take of another customer at the same time... Big Plus!”
