"We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. "Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "
