“Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . Will definitely return ”

Good choice of breakfast menu and excellent cooked breakfast! Rooms at the front overlook the promenade and the sea. Easy access to trams and buses running the length of the promenade from Fleetwood (north) to Starr Gate (south) . Good choice of decent eateries within walking distance. ”

“Just back from a 3 night stay. Property has so many positives. Modern, well equipped with everything we needed, immaculate and clean. We were able to walk to all the attractions, so close but quiet at same time. Comfy bed, plenty space, good storage and we could even park on the street right outside. Would highly recommend and we will be back. ”
