Staff was helpful but BEWARE there is a $150 security deposit, yes, even for the hostel stay. I did not see this listed on Expedia and everyone I saw check in also seemed a bit surprised. Otherwise the room was clean and the bathrooms were not that bad. I only stayed one night.

Amenities above & beyond. Rooms are pretty clean. There’s also a lounge at the top floor for work/study. Location is pretty good; it’s next to the TD Garden as well as the North Station transit center.

one night stay for flight the next day. Stayed in the tall stall type pod. Bed was good, light, fan, 2 outlets and usb a and c plugs. Bed was electric so you could raise the head portion only. Place is clean, rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Has a 7th floor lounge area with free coffee and tea. Soda and snacks for purchase. Great location near Haymarket. Definitely would stay again.

I’ve stayed in various types of capsule and cabin type hotels in Japan, so I’m always curious when something similar is offered in the US. There were a few quirks but overall I had no problems/issues during my stay (fortunately there was nobody else in my shared room so it felt like a private room). Location was also ideal and I felt it was good value compared to a hotel if you’re travelling solo and want to stay in downtown Boston.

Very happy with my stay. I had to extend my trip by a night and by the time it came to extend, this was one of the only affordable options nearby so I booked it. In the future this will be where I look first in the area because the price was right, I felt safe the entirety of my stay and my belongings were secure (which were my concerns staying at a hostel). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everything was clean and very comfortable! Thank you for my stay at your location!
