“The shower towel on the”

“The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.”

“It came as a shock to us that we need to request room cleaning service by a specific time daily. We did not read the notice in the room and was surprised to find out such service is not a must to guest rooms? Nobody mentioned this during our checked in, only a notice in the room said it but I doubt many guest would care to read the notice in the room. “Very good location and close to London Eye and Big Ben, Just 5 mins on foots. Go to Waterloo station around 5-6 mins. A friendly reminder, you have to proactively request room cleaning services. Otherwise they will not cleaning your room.”

“員工友善，早餐豐盛”

“The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the place was generally clean. However, all the bath towels had a strange odor, which made the overall experience just average.”
