Great New Years vacation

Property is spacious, short walk to lifts. Great bus access to town. Many property amenities provided.

Richard was a great host! Before the trip he provided with a lot of useful information to make our trip to Breckenridge more enjoyable. Including pro tips on hydration, using the humidifiers, taking baby aspirin to help ward off altitude sickness, etc.The resort had great amenities (small movie theaters, pools, hot tubs, arcade, restaurant, free shuttle) to make our stay on property relaxing and convenient. In addition, the resort was very close to lifts and downtown Breck.The only issue we encountered was the housekeeping service not coming to refresh towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, empty trash, etc. We asked the front desk three days in a row before we finally had the housekeeping drop off supplies. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience from a fantastic resort and host!

Ski trip

Overall great place and stocked with all supplies we needed. It was nice to have the convenience of Christy Sports to rent and store our skis plus easy to ski out to peak 9. The shuttle was a little crazy towards end of the day when picking up skiers so may suggest more regular drive-by during 3-5pm time frame at Beaver Run. Communication with owner was excellent with very helpful suggestions and information.

Nice place that has everything you need

Great Place! The pools and location are wonderful! The Ski in and out is a little tough but you have the option of taking the shuttle to the lifts. Be aware that this is a 2 bedroom, not a 3 Bedroom, VRBO has it listed as a 3 bedroom. I think the owner does a good job in the description letting you know it is a 2 bedroom but VRBO for some reason has it listed as a 3 bedroom.
