Pretty Good

Love the view, the house is great for groups (except there's only one parking spot), the pool and location are fun. The unit is a little worn and could use some maintenance and replacement of worn out items (carpet, appliances, plumbing). We'd stay again but hoping they give it some attention.

Beautiful, spacious, great for a family

Loved the two balconies with amazing views of the mountain and surrounding areas. The spacious living room was a great place to gather. We've stayed at a number of other units at Water House and this is the only one with games and puzzles left out for guests (most have them locked away in an owner's closet). The kitchen had every gadget you can imagine (yet had only one flimsy, half melted spatula?!?!). Appreciated that there was coffee, plastic wrap and foil (other items that were missing from every other unit we have stayed in). The beds were very comfortable. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Insufficient Heat

Breckenridge Family 4th of July

I booked this property over the 4th of July for a family gathering. We had 8 people, including a 3 year old. The pictures of the unit do not do it justice. It is spacious, with four bedrooms, with 2 balconies overlooking a large pool and several hot tubs and a small lake where there are paddleboards for rent. The kitchen is well equipped and there is space enough for all in the living room and at the dining table. The primary bedroom is large and the bathroom nicely designed. The location is perfect, near restaurants, a walking path, and shopping. There is a good resaurant, BoLD, right next door.There was an issue with one bathroom and it was addressed right away. The mattress on the queen bed was uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk, and they had scheduled it for replacement by the time we left.Only 1 car is permitted to park in the garage but if there are openings in late afternoon you may be able to get an additioal place. The only negative for this property is the parking garage. The signage is not descriptive and you can get lost, more than once. We talked to 2 other families who ended up in the wrong place when they arrived. The front desk, on this and all other matters, was very helpful. I would stay at this property again.

Great weekend getaway

The house was fantastic! It is on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken so we definitely got our steps in! The pool and hot tubs were great and the pool is heated. The rooms each had their own bathroom and everything was very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely rent again!

Magical place

We traveled to Breckinridge from Albany New York for our daughters wedding and could not have found a better place for this beautiful celebration. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen. Truly magical!

Disappointments

In our first post covid stay, as we checked in for our 4th flor condo, we were informed that the elevator didn't work (another guest stated that it hadn't work for some time). As we had an elderly family member that has mobility issues, we were given a different small condo for them to stay. This entirely change that family gathering and further added to the feeling of isolation by our most senior member.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. The only complaint is the beds were the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on. One of the twin beds was so bad you could see the concave when you pulled the sheets back. There is obviously no quality control.

Family Ski Trip

In general we very much enjoyed our stay here. Good sized condo right in the middle of everything, very convenient for walking into town and getting little ones to ski school. As with many ski condo's the furnishing are getting a little tired. The two king beds were very comfortable but the queen bed and the twin beds could use new mattresses. The queen bed was hard as a rock as so we used the sofa bed instead.

Spacious Condo, Great Location

We have stayed in many condos at different ski resorts and this was by far the most spacious condo that we have had. The location was very close to a ski lift, rental shops, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Lots of Potential but Falls a Bit Short

The unit is big and perfect for a large group. The views are great. Appliances are good quality and work well. Amenities were nice- gym, pool, hot tubs. Now the not so good: Furniture was so-so comfortable in the living room, and the TV too small for the size of the room. The blinds didn't work so it was dark during the day with the lights off. The beds are rock hard and the bedspread/ comforter super heavy and hot (like a weighted blanket). The middle bedroom had a worn out mattress pad, so would come off immediately, taking the fitted sheet with it- so there was just an uncomfortable pile in the middle of the bed. Needless to say, sleep didn't come easily. Also, the carpet in the same room was loose and the tack strip bloodied my foot at the bathroom threshold. Lastly, one parking spot for a four bedroom makes no sense. We had four families and were spending $75 extra per day for overnight nearby parking. This unit needs some repairs and updates/improvements if I were going to recommend it or stay here again.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo but uncomfortable beds

Beautiful condo in great location with great views from the two balconies! It's was well stocked for our needs, and was a great spot for our large family. However, we were extremely disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were in this unit. We splurged and booked this condo for a week - for our wedding and vacation with family - and ended up buying a mattress topper to try and soften the bed and then decided to leave a day early because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep (between altitude and hard bed). We realize everyone has a difference of opinion on firmness/softness of bed, but the Master Bedroom bed felt as hard as the box springs with no give at all, and the comforter was extremely heavy. One parking spot was also disappointing given 10 people staying in a 4 bedroom condo, but front desk was very accommodating and we do really appreciate that! We had friends and family staying in other units throughout the property and the overall feedback was positive. Breckenridge is a beautiful town and we would love to return again someday.

Family Vacation

Great unit with lots of beds and space for kids. It was easy to access all of the amenities, access downtown, and hike on the trails. My only complaint is that the front desk does not follow up on requests. We had to request towels and trash bags multiple times before house keeping delivered.

Great condo for a group

This condo is spacious, great living room/kitchen area, and a short walk to both Main street and the ski lift. It was big enough to accommodate a large group and made our time there very enjoyable. I will note that they should really provide more trash bags, paper towels, etc. especially for 9 people staying for 3+ nights. We ultimately had to buy extra for the condo.

Pretty Decent

Looks just like the pictures. There was a discrepancy on one of the listings but it has Four bedrooms. All with their own full bathrooms. One king bed, two queen beds, and one room with two twin beds. As well as a sofa bed I believe. Also a stacked washer and dryer. The place is nice but the heat was not working in the master bedroom. After the third night we were given a space heater. Check in and check out were a breeze And 24-hour service desk was very responsive when the tv/cable in the twin room was out of commission. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. And the view from the place was awesome.

Beautiful home and great location but needs to be stocked better.

We loved the location of this large condo. It was right in the heart of everything and it is a beautiful place. The Vacasa staff was very friendly. Despite that, the condo was sparsely stocked and could use a few upgrades. The toilet paper rolls and tissue boxes had not been replaced before our arrival even though they were very low and no replacements were left in the condo. Especially during Covid, those should all be swapped out with each new visitor. Also, the kitchen needs more utensils, towels and pot holders (only 1 of each). Finally, the oven needs to be recalibrated as it does not heat up to the temperature selected. What should have taken 30 minutes to cook took an hour and a half. We enjoyed our stay but just think for a high end vacation condo such as this, guests should be provided with more than just minimal basic kitchen supplies and all appliances should be in working order.
