Excellent location! Steps from Main Street and also directly across from ski into town trail, which makes leaving the mountain at the end of the day a breeze. Property staff was friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and out process.

Perfect location

We loved the free heated garage but we only took the car out once to the market. This location was perfect to ski out and back to front door at end of day and for a beautiful evening stroll to many amazing downtown restaurants at night. We hope to return every year at Xmas from now on

The room has a really nice and equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area is nice. The bed is very uncomfortable like sleeping in a bowl, high at the head and foot saggy in the middle. The couch is also broken down in the cushions. Unless they replace the bedding I would not recommend this place at all.

It's very central in Breck, not far from the Gondola in terms of walking, not far from all the local favorite restaurants,shops, etc. Would stay here again due to its location and easy access. Towels?

Seems strange that a place with a pool and hot tub would not supply extra towels for those activities. Asked the property manager to bring some but they said it would be next day?? Location is amazing, kitchen is well stocked, but the place is quite small and the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable even for kids. We would not stay here again.

The unit was perfect for our needs, but a few, inexpensive updates could make this unit so much better. The "beds" need new mattresses as they sink towards the middle and are just worn out. An addition of pool towels (or even a few more bath towels) would eliminate the need to wash towels daily (albeit in the in-suite ammenities). However, we didn't spend much time indoors and the location definitely offset the need for a few, minor updates.

However the bed is like sleeping in a bowl and the couch is uncomfortable. I contacted Summit about the bed and they said they would not be able to address the problem during our stay. So we were left to endure the restless nights.I also called them when the toilet seat broke they said they would have a maintenance person take care of it but that didn't happen either.With a couple of adjustments this would be a great place to stay.

I called and asked if the pool and hot tub was working they said yes. Very nice room but the hot tub had no jets and IF they would have been honest I'd have booked elsewhere or just stayed at my house 2 blocks away. I will NOT be recommending your place due to the horrible amenities!Plus someone came in and Pooped on the floor while we were in the hot tub.

Overall positive experience

The price and the location were great. There were a few relatively minor issues. The wifi didn't reach our end of the property and we could not get an adequate response about it from prop manager. The washer and dryer seemed to be at the end of their life. They worked with some finagling, but it might be time for new ones. Many of the outlets did not work. Also, the sauna at the property does not get nearly hot enough. But, having said all that we would consider returning to the property
