“The King room has a ton of space. You definitely will not be cramped in there. The AC and heater worked very well! The refrigerator and microwave were very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.The TV worked well. All I needed was good nights rest. And, that is what I got!”

“The hotel was under renovations, lobby and halls full of dryers dust and dirt. Loud music playing by workers and rude staff. No one was friendly or greeted guest.
Had to go to the basement area for breakfast and had to ask for this info. Running water was “brown”, could not drink it .
We have mostly always chosen Hampton when traveling, mostly good experiences. This stay was terrible, noisy, dirty and lacking good customer service. We should have been told up front the hotel was under……

“Do not go to this hotel. I checked in and went to the room. The TV did not work and I reported it to the desk clerk. It took her 20 minutes to find another room for me. After I had been in the new room for about 10 minutes, another person walked into the room. Evidently, this person had been assigned the room and had gone out for supper or something. They went down to the front desk to report the matter. Then, the TV in the new room stopped working. I decided to leave. The desk clerk……
