“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

The balcony overlooking the beach was gorgeous, and the little touches like the dressing gowns made it feel extra special. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. “Although not near the beach, it is not a long walk. The location is great and is at town centre. Have private car park, however the facilities are quite old and the bed is too low. We found insert in the bath tube so that we did not use it”
