「The lake cabin was lovely, it was quiet and really private. The property has a great fire pit patio that was fun at night. I highly recommend this property for either a fun week at the lake during the summer or a ski vacation at the winter!」

「This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay.」

「Communication was great w/ host, very responsive. Cabin was nice, w/ plenty of space. We were disappointed it poured all weekend so we couldn’t use fire pit or venture for a walk to the water falls behind cabin. Roads were hard to travel to get to cabin but other than that, no complaints!」

「We drove up north to the Flume Gorge, Littleton, and the Kanc highway. Then we drove south to Concord/Lexington, MA to do the Minuteman trail. We also drove east into Vermont. We picked apples, did the rail rider and collected many colorful leaves. The house was centrally located and was a very comfortable place to come ‘home’ to every evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again!」

「This studio was nicely refinished and perfect for a solo week-long getaway. I appreciated the screened-in porch in the evenings. The location was great, with a beach across the street, Wellington State Park a short drive, and many beautiful hikes nearby. The mattress, however, had a blood stain on it which I found repulsive. I would suggest bringing a mattress pad along with your linens.」

「I can’t complain about that for that price. Place overall was clean and all equipment worked well. I could find some things to point regarding cleaning, but like I said it was very affordable and pleasant to stay.」

Beautiful view, watch the sunset, easy access to Perkins Pond in the front yard, pine needle carpet - bring your crocks or Googone to get the sap off the bottom of your feet. We had a wonderfully peaceful girls' weekend and can't wait to do it again!」
