“I don't like the fact that they had some extra fee's that they didn't display on there website an that you have to pay for parking an im not talking about Valet parking witch is crazy”

“hotel was definitely turned into a chain hotel and lost the integrity of what the diplomat used to be. the adult pool was not cleaned daily, staff at the beach were very helpful and accommodating. However, staff at guest/bell services were unpleasant.”

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”
