"Indianapolis 500 weekend so all prices were high. Place was nice fully equipped for group. Coffee was a nice touch. Could use a bit of paint but otherwise very clean. Pool table and multiple TV a plus. Garage parking. Could use a bit more bedroom furniture but beds were good condition. AC worked well."

"First - Mavis was an excellent communicator and facilitator and also immediately addressed a small issue we experienced. The property was ideal for our weekend needs, located proximate to downtown, airport and the speedway. Also nearby (walkable) food options. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fine (although the bathroom is tight quarters). Additional seating in living room, bedroom chair and front porch is needed. Kitchen had updated appliances & Keurig coffee maker but no dishwasher. More kitchen tune-up would help (handles on drawers, basic condiments & spices, more tableware). Overall we were pleased with our stay and the condition of the property - just as advertised. Thank you, Mavis."

"When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend!"

"The check-In process was seamless and the door code lock worked perfectly.The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything promised was delivered. The communication with Heather was fantastic. If had a question she had an answer immediately. The hot tub was perfect for what we needed. When you're 60 and walk around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway our old muscles were in need of help. The hot tub delivered. The Broad Ripple area is really cool. It's hip! Lots of cool shops and great restaurant's. Bazbeaux Pizza is a MUST HAVE!"
