"Make sure you confirm reservation with hotel before you get there, we booked with Expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation and we had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and we got a room but it wasn’t the one we reserved. "

"Wi-Fi is terrible and you have to pay for it every day - $50 USD per day… The CELL connection also is poor Athough it’s all inclusive you still have to scan your wristbands every time you get a bottle of water or a cocktail, wait for a receipt, sign that receipt and then go about your day. Amenities are nice, five out of five… Most of the staff is cool but several have attitudes"

"Just a really fun vacation. Stayed during spring break which absolutely was not an issue. Very low key and chill. Most college kids are near Medano. Food was awesome. Service was great. Just a great atmosphere and culture."

"This is our first time to Cabo and to an all-inclusive property. The resort overall is overall clean, quite well run. There is direct access to the beach although it is not swimmable - there were patrols to ensure we didn't walk too close to the waves. The hotel room was spacious although could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was great and prompt to response to our requests via their Hyatt app. We were happy with the food options - all the restaurants had great selections and quality for decent for the price point. I especially appreciate the large selection of mocktails since our kids got to enjoy some "fancier" drinks than just juices. One thing to improve would be on the consistency of restaurant service - we had a couple great servers but overall we had to ask for the same things several times. We also appreciate the option to drop off our kids at the Explorer Club so we could enjoy the meal at the adult-only restaurant. The kids club seems very fun as they have different activities throughout the day everyday. Our kids were only there for 2 hours and they had a great time. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Dreams and would recommend the property. "
