「The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location.」

If those conditions are of no concern to you (as they were not for me) then you’ll enjoy your stay. Host was communicative and helpful. The place is cool, it's an easy walk to Hart Plaza and downtown, and it's got character. You get a lot of space compared to a hotel room. What I didn't like - Fixtures were broken in the bahtroom, there was no waterproof shower curtain liner in the bathroom, there were only 2 pillows with pillow cases for 2 people,...
